Partner terms
1. Active client
An active client is a client with at least one site that had traffic in that calendar month.
2. Pricing and invoicing
You pay per active client per month according to the tiers at clicksentry.nl/partners. We invoice monthly in arrears. Your own agency site is free.
3. Fair use
Normal usage is included (±10,000 sessions per client per month). For structurally higher usage we agree on terms together.
4. Resale
The partner price applies to your agency's clients with their own domain, not to your own sites (except your agency site). Partner status is granted after approval.
5. Referral
You receive 20% of payments received from a client you referred, for as long as that client pays. Paid out quarterly. If the client fails to pay, commission for that period lapses.
6. Data processing
Your client is the controller, you are the processor and ClickSentry is the sub-processor. A data processing agreement is available on request.
7. Termination
You can cancel monthly. On termination we delete client data within 30 days; if you need an export, request it before the end date. ClickSentry is a trade name of 1018 Commerce, Habraken 2323 E, 5507 TK Veldhoven, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 17182081.
