Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are issued by 1018 Commerce, trading as ClickSentry ("ClickSentry", "we", "us"), and govern your access to and use of the ClickSentry platform, including all related services, APIs, SDKs, dashboards, and documentation (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

ClickSentry provides a comprehensive fraud detection and bot protection platform that includes the following modules:

  • Browser Fingerprinting: Device identification through browser attributes, canvas rendering, WebGL, audio context, and other signals.
  • Bot Detection: Identification and flagging of automated traffic, including headless browsers, scrapers, and click bots. Real-time blocking is planned (coming soon).
  • Click Fraud Protection: Detection of fraudulent clicks on advertisements, with flagging of suspicious IPs. Automatic IP exclusion in connected Google Ads accounts is coming soon.
  • Behavioral Analytics: Analysis of user behavior patterns for fraud scoring and human/bot classification.
  • Email Security: Email domain monitoring with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC validation, blacklist monitoring, and DMARC report analysis.
  • Consent Management: GDPR-compliant cookie consent banner with audit trail and Google Consent Mode v2 integration.

The Service is provided through a JavaScript SDK for client-side data collection, a REST API for server-side integration, and a web-based dashboard for analytics and management.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your API keys and login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans and prices are published at clicksentry.nl/pricing. Enterprise pricing is agreed individually.

  • Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • Payment terms: Subscriptions are paid in advance per month or per year. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Session limits: Each plan includes a monthly number of analyzed sessions, as listed on the pricing page. All modules are included in every plan. If the limit is exceeded, tracking is paused until the next month or until you upgrade; no overage charges are billed.
  • Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Late payment: Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended after 14 days. Data will be retained for 30 days following suspension.

4. Free Plan

We offer a permanent Free plan with the following conditions:

  • The Free plan costs €0 and has no time limit. No credit card is required.
  • The Free plan includes up to 1,000 sessions per month for one site, with access to all modules.
  • If the monthly session limit is exceeded, tracking is paused until the start of the next month or until you upgrade to a paid plan.
  • You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time through the dashboard.
  • Creating multiple Free accounts to circumvent the session limit constitutes a violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of fraud detection and bot protection. You may not use the Service to:
